End game Last survivor - what do you think should happen?

i would propose that when the killer closes the hatch the last survivor gets crows and becomes visible to the killer for about 20 or 30 sec after that one of the gates automatically opens. If the survivor can keep the killer busy in a chase during these 20/30 sec he can then escape through the opened door.

This seems to me much better than the solution now where the survivor is almost guaranteed a loss after the killer closes the hatch and patrols the gates. It's also a lot more exciting for both parties if there is some kind of chase involved in the end where there is still a (small) chance for the last survivor.

EDIT: Another option would be to just let the last survivor DIE (sacrificed to the entity) when the killer close the hatch. That way we don't have this silly third chance option to open a gate.

In any case what do youuuu think?

  • I dont really like aura perks, personally I think they ruined the game a bit with the amount they added instead of adding another objective to slow the game down so I wouldn't like this idea.

A possible fix would be to not show the progress of a door opening and remove all perks on both sides in the hatch scenario then its a true hide and seek game.

  • Actually if they really want to keep this like it is in the PTB i wouldnt even mind to just let the last survivor sacrifice to the entity whenever the hatch is closed.

This whole power up gates and try to escape after the hatch is closed is so silly
