Exit Gate Changes
When either all the gens are done or the exit gates are powered by the killer, and the exit gates are open, maybe instead of a short space before the final endpoint, it is a much longer hallway with more interesting game play elements. That way, even the final stage of the endgame feels much more dynamic, fun, and challenging for both groups of players (killers/survivors).
