Question about hatch mechanics after end game collapse

So in the video the narrator says that after there is 1 survivor alive the hatch will spawn no matter how many generators have been completed. Will this affect the current hatch spawn mechanics? Will it still only spawn early if there have been x+1 amount of generators done(x=amount of survivors alive)?

Also how will opening the gate as killer work? Can he instantly open it or are there any prerequisites?

    The hatch will spawn and open no matter what as long as 1 survivor is alive, no generators required. As for opening the gate as killer we don't know.
