Let's analyze legion
Before we start yes i hate the old legion and i want to change and yes most of what we see is nice my problem is mostly with the deep wounds.
First, after you get your"free hit" ( and if don't forget we have SB, BL and even Lithe ) you become a base killer with no power becomes with the new DW you can't hit them or close the gap to end the cheches faster. We know from not_queen that the new add-ons will allow you to damage the DW but we don't know the rarity and the damage they will do. Which mean it can be either an ultra rare or a common but in both cases, you lose one add-on if you want to play this way.
Second, the speed he/she gets from the power we know it's more than bloodlust 1 and less than bloodlust 3 so in other words, it's bloodlust 2 and that make him/her run at 5 m/s. With the new speed ( 115% ) he/she can move in the map faster but the thing is that the power they have will be useless for most of the game because you can't use it to close the distance effectively.
Third, with the new power, the legion can't see blood which means even fewer combo perks you can use on them.
Last, the new DW is bad for all the killer and make BT a second hit with no drawback. The new DW will be same ok if only apply to the legion and even the will be same ok.

From where do you know the movement speed is less then bloodlust 3 and more then 1?
