The Legion changes are great, but there need to be more changes.
I am very happy to see that the Legion are getting a change to their power and play style, but there were a few things that I personally think should be a bit different from the proposed changes, and more changes as well.
The new way their power works makes it seem much less useful, but the increase to movement speed is good - however, the increase to Terror Radius is not so good for the new power.
Deep Wounds doesn't count down anymore when a Survivor is in the Terror Radius. I think this is a bad idea considering the increase to Terror Radius. The only way to somewhat mitigate this is Monitor & Abuse - the only other way to completely stop this is to use Insidious, and the last thing we need is Insidious bodyblocking Deep Wound Legions. Maybe make the Deep Wounds timer count down *slower* in the Terror Radius, and stop completely when in a chase, but don't make the power useless when the Killer is in 32 metres (or less with M&A).
The new power also doesn't reduce the Deep Wounds timer when an already DW'd Survivor is hit again. Considering the fact that the power can no longer be used unless it's fully recharged, I think this is a terrible idea as it basically makes the power useless for taking down Survivors. Its only purpose really is to bypass Mettle of Man which only charges when basic attacks are landed, and that's it. I think Feral Frenzy should, if a Survivor is already affected by Deep Wounds, *down the Survivor*, but to compensate for it, the double-stun that existed during the PTB should trigger. This could be compensated by reducing movement speed back to 110% and the Terror Radius to 24 again to compensate.
Mending also freezes the Deep Wounds timer. Good idea to prevent players from being completely helpless if a Legion finds them while mending, but to make this actually somewhat fair for the Killer and the Survivor, make Mending count as a healing action, and thus reveal the Survivor with A Nurse's Calling. Or make it base kit so a Mending Survivor is automatically revealed to the Legion if they are mending in the Terror Radius. If TR freezes the timer then it would only make it fair that Mending in the TR reveals Survivors as base kit, or just counts as a healing action so Legions can make use of Nurse's Calling partially, especially if they use Monitor & Abuse.
And that's pretty much it for my ideas of how to change Legion further. I wouldn't mind if the devs didn't take these ideas from me, these would just help to make Legion a little bit more viable and make the power a bit more consistent. Even without my proposed change ideas, I'll definitely play Legion again afterwards, but the new power change makes Legion seem like just another M1 Killer since they're now able to loop better and reduce a health state to bypass MoM.
