No reason to nerf the legion movement speed in the Frenzy.
The hits from Feral Frenzy will no longer affects the progress of the bar from deep wound, so instead of reducing their ms in FF, you guys should increase it. Same with blood and scratch marks. No longer a reason to hide these aspects from their vision.
At least they will have much more mobility in their power.
