When are they planning to release the balance change PTB?

Just curious as I want to test it out and be prepared for when it comes out.

    The full patch should be coming at the end of July, if they follow their 6 week plan. I believe they mentioned the PTB will be about 2 weeks before patch. So middle of July probably.

    Yeah, I would start watching for info after the double bloodpoint weekend. Should start shortly after, if they are hitting their milestones.
