Please return the ultra-rare and brown perks!
Dear developers! In 2017, you released a DLC of "Spark of Madness" and a patch in which you removed the ultra-rare and brown perks. So on behalf of the community, I ask that you return them to the game again for all the existing characters! The bloody web is already significantly weakened and the rise in the levels of characters goes very quickly, and therefore there is no longer a need for the absence of ultra-rare perks.
