Does NOED counter MoM?
I see a lot of people complaining about this perk. I personally don’t have a problem with it, I’ve witnessed good killers counter play it. I just wanted to know if NOED counters MoM because I’ve never seen it come into play with the perk.

Kinda? If they are healthy then an instadown will down them. If they are injured it won't

Technically yeah, every instadown perk/addon/power does bypass it.
