Hex perks fix/solution (discussion)

Hi, fellows.

There is certain problem with Hex perks - totems are spawned so moronically that using Hex perks becomes useless. Hex totem either destroyed in first 30 seconds of match or simply ignored by exploiting tapping like Ruin one. Therefore I've come to certain solution to Hex perks which can changed them to useful instead of useless.

0) Change totems spawn locations.

1) There are always 5 totems on map - whenever dull or hexed totem is cleansed - another dull totem spawns on map in different location.

2) Lower points for cleansing dull totems to 100 points, so ppl dont abuse cleansing for points.

3) Raise cleansing time for Hex totem by 6 seconds and lower points for cleansing to 500.

4) Cleansed Hex totem will be reapplied in 120 (time of reappling should be tested at ptr) seconds at random dull totem. Totems which are accumulating stacks, like Devour Hope, lose their stacks when cleansed.

5) Survivor that cleansed Hexed totem should receive Exposed status for 30 seconds (you can't touch cursed totem for 20 seconds without consequences obviously)

I think that abovesaid changes can force survivors to make choice between cleansing totem and working through its effects, also it will change Hex perks into something you can rely through whole match rather than for first minute of it or even none when survs cleanse all totems to deny noed one.

What'cha think about it?

Slight problem with the fourth what is the point of that. It would make the hex useless considering survivors can only be hooked 3 times each. Two of the times each they can be rescued. That one doesn't really work at all.

That's true for a certain degree: If your totem was cleansed at every start of match, when it respawns you still have plenty of hooks ahead, so you still have some outcome from Hex. Nowdays almost every Hex perk is wasted slot.
