For the adept achievement for anyone can you use items. Because I got told by someone you have to go in with only the perks and nothing else

    For survivors you can use items or offerings. I remember bringing in my med kits just in case for safety. It does not affect anything to do with your adept achievements.

    Yes you can use any items, add ons and offerings that you want.
