Perk offering Idea
Killer/survivor ultra ultra rare offering (new tier). allows the use of a single random perk out of any that you've unlocked on a character
OR
is killer/survivor specific, similar to splinters and will allow the one time use of a random perk from that charecter as an additional perk on top of what is chosen.
if the random perk is picked and your already using that perk, the offering is negated.
