Double Skill Checks need to be fixed

Video should start when it happens, if not just skip to 1:14.

This happens WAY too often. You get a skill check and fail, then IMMEDIATELY get another skill check which automatically fails. This should never happen, as you should never get a skill check during the fail animation for a previous skill check. It's unfair and just dumb when it happens. You basically get punished twice for 1 mistake. It happens on healing too, but more often on gens.
