Why plague is going to be the most toxic killer
I mean her vomit is literally poison. It's contagious and can even damage the skin with enough exposure. I hope the entity has given her immunity because there is no way having that stuff in your stomach can be healthy (right?). Plus when upgraded it is literally corrosive, it's toxic enough to straight up kill you.
