What are The Plague’s power desc, add-ons, and perk descs?

Judgement Judgement
in General Discussions

I’m away from home, have been for four months and will be for a few more, so my only internet access is a mobile hotspot, which makes it impossible for me to download games due to limited data, but not impossible to play online games.

That being said, I can’t access the PTB. Can someone give me the full power explanation of The Plague, her full add-on list, and her T3 Perks?

Thank you in advance.

They are posted here, including the power's description, add-ons and perk tiers.

I believe the wiki is updated for it already. So, you can also use it.
