Once a survivor is killed or sacrificed, every other Survivor gets a penalty of 8/16/24 % to Repair, Healing and Sabotage speed.

definitely too strong imho.
In other hand this could be a good SWF nerf as a basic mechanic for those who play in SWF (if your friends die you are affected).
