Was never able to see what the forum badges were even for
Clicking on them just gives error pages. I don't know what each icon stands for. Other than the cakes maybe being anniversaries of joining the form.

Arrow up is up votes you've received. Used to show how many up votes needed for each "level" and who the latest handful were to receive same badge.
Check mark is when you answered a question post and your response was selected as the answer. Like the up vote one it would show how many answers needed and latest handful to receive that badge.
The blue speech bubble is comments you've made. Like the previous, each level is based on certain number of comments and would show latest handful to receive the badge.
clicking on them used to show you the info and even the forum members that had the badge. Plenty of features on here were abandoned after some time without any reason or even announcement given
