Thanatophobia outdated need to change

NOW:
Whenever at least one Survivor is either injured, dying, or hooked, Thanatophobia activates.
While active, all Survivors suffer from the following primary effect:
Incurs a stack-able 1/1.5/2 % Action-Speed penalty per injured, dying, or hooked Survivor for Cleansing, Repairing, and Sabotaging, up to a maximum of 4/6/8 %.
If all four Survivors are either injured, dying, or hooked, they suffer from the following secondary effect:
Increases the penalty by an additional +12 % to a total of 16/18/20 %.

Change to:
Whenever at least one Survivor is either injured, dying, or hooked, Thanatophobia activates.
While active, all Survivors suffer from the following primary effect:
Incurs a stack-able 3 % Action-Speed penalty per injured, dying, dead, or hooked Survivor for Cleansing, blessing, Repairing, and Sabotaging, up to a maximum of 12 %.
If all four Survivors are either injured, dying, or hooked, they suffer from the following secondary effect:
Increases the penalty by an additional +8/9/10 % to a total of 20/21/22 %.

As the only perk in PTB that reduces Cleansing speed, Thanatophobia should also follow version changes and add a reduction in blessing speed.
At the same time, the perk's function and name differ too much.
as Thanatophobia, it Ignore death. This change allows for maintaining some death benefits while limiting the values caused by tunnle to a maximum of 12%.(As before, the numbers can be adjusted)
it can change to 2.5%X4=10% and 4 not any dead survivor give +10%
or 2X4=8% and 4 not any dead survivor give +12%

  • I think Thana needs more of a rework rather than a buff honestly. It's arguably too strong on Plague as is and buffing it just makes that problem worse even though it's a bad perk on 95% of the roster. It needs to be made better for most killers, but in a way that doesn't make it better on Plague/Legion.

Either way, it absolutely needs some kind of change post-diminishing returns especially now that stacking it with Dying Light is not really worth considering at all anymore

  • Anti-healing already got a significant indirect buff with Vigil being removed, not sure if this is needed.

    not add heal speed penalty.

    just add blessing speed penalty.

The triggering conditions are different, so they are not the same type of perk.

  • If it's something like… while 2 survivors are injured you gain 10 % repair penalty it would be fine while make it accessible on all killers while not busted on Plague and Legion.
