Corrupt Intervention should be a native mechanic to this game

asking this because every time i don't use this perk, survs pop a gen quickly at the beginning of the match, specially when they have box. sometimes in less than 60 sec. since most of the killers don't have fast travelling like jason or alien through the map, it becomes a free gen to them specially when they are SWF
