Can people get 2v8 rewards at a later date?

So I can't play the game at the moment for various reasons, and the xenomorph is quite possibly my favorite killer in the entire game. So since I am unable to get the rewards for this Alien themed 2v8 is there a chance that these rewards will be unlockable at a later date?(sort of like how anniversary or other event stuff comes back?)

This question of also applies to all other 2v8 / lights out or other event rewards.
