Moment of Glory & Apocalyptic Ingenuity Buff Idea

Someone's probably thought of this already, but why not make both these perks token based? Each token can reduce the time MoG activates by 10 seconds, up to 30 seconds. Apocalyptic Ingenuity could gain 1 token per chest/rummage simultaneously up to 3 times to reconstruct 3 different pallets.

Both of these perks often get low value due to their cooldowns, so just lighten up on them a bit. Even if you limit the token gain to 2, that'd be much more useful.

Apocalyptic Ingenuity needs to rebuild real pallets if it wants to not be a trash tier perk and considering the massive time investment needed I think it'd be fine.

Moment of glory though I think is in an okay spot with the recent buff.
