How do I restore my game to default?

I used to use icon pack changes, but I decided to stop due to concerns around being banned. How do I ensure my game matches vanilla DBD so I stop getting the missing icon textures/can have no fear about being banned?

    Delete the game then install it again, this should help

    Edit: you can also instead try to verify integrity of the files on steam so it doesn't take as much time

    If you're on windows, go to your install folder and then click on DeadByDaylight → Content → UI then delete the folder in there named Icons.

    After that, verify your files on steam and it should reinstall all the vanilla icons.
