BHVR you need to fix this...
I understand this system is there to punish people that dc to go into their next match when they are mad they're losing but why does it do this also to people when they crash? I never asked my game to crash in the first place and now I'm punish because of it? It crashed twice so what now if it crashes again I'll have to wait 15 minutes?

Because there is noway to know why you disconnected. Only one they know what happened is if the server crashed thats why you don't get a penalty of it.
