Account Suspension no reason given

I didnt even do anything i just played a game where i was t bagging the hatch and then i went to main menu went afk then restarted game it said this error message.I was told to contact eac and they are taking way too long to reply on my appeal.Is this what kind of treatment you offer loyal players? This makes me wanna boycott u guys.

I didnt.I have been playing this game for years never happened to me before.But now all of a sudden it gave me this error message.They didnt give me a reason for the ban..

Just to point out that sharing your player id is not wise even if you are banned. Its your identification id for the game so it could be used to impresonate you.

The ban also says you got banned for breaking their terms of use. That does not always mean thats its for cheating and to my knowledge if its for cheating it literally states you are banned because of it.

• Modify any part of the BHVR Services that BHVR does not specifically authorize you to modify.
• Post or communicate any user’s real-world personal information using a BHVR Service.
• Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers for a BHVR Service.
• Attempt to use BHVR Software on or through any service that is not controlled or authorized by BHVR.
• Exploit the Games or any of their parts thereof, or BHVR Services, or Fan Content, for any commercial purpose, including without limitation (a) use at a cyber cafe, computer gaming center or any other location-based site; (b) for gathering in-game virtual, items or resources for sale outside the Games; or (c) performing in-game services in exchange for payment outside the Games, e.g., power-leveling.
• Interfere with the ability of others to enjoy playing a BHVR Service or take actions that interfere with or materially increase the cost to provide a BHVR Service for the enjoyment of all its users.

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble all or any portion of the Website, Games, Content, or other BHVR Service.
• Facilitate, create or maintain any unauthorized connection to the Games or the Website, including without limitation (a) any connection to any unauthorized server that emulates, or attempts to emulate, the Website; and (b) any connection using programs or tools not expressly approved by BHVR;

Still you should wait for the customer support to answer as talking about bans is not allowed on the forum. So this thread most likely will get either locker or deleted when a mod sees it.

This line is so vague that it could be used to justify banning anyone just cause they feel like it, lol.

Portions like that aren't meant to be read in the absence of the rest of the sentence structure, it goes with the earlier examples and the following clarification. It just prevents someone from going 'I wasn't harassing them, I was antagonizing them, and you didn't technically list that.'
