[Chapter Concept] Detroit: Become Human — Connor as Survivor with unique Blue Blood & LED mechanic
Hello, BHVR team and fellow Fog Travelers!
I would love to propose a licensed collaboration that would absolutely break the internet and revive a legendary fandom: Dead by Daylight x Detroit: Become Human.
With DbD expanding beyond traditional horror, this sci-fi psychological thriller fits perfectly into the Entity's Realm. In my concept, the Entity snatches Connor at his most tragic and unstable moment — right on the stage, fighting the CyberLife program with a gun in his hand, right before the system fully breaks him.
Here is how this "dream chapter" could work:
### New Survivor: Connor (RK800)
The android detective is the perfect fit for the Fog. His cold, analytical nature would make him a uniquely badass survivor.
* Unique Coin Emote: Instead of just pointing, Connor can do his iconic coin flips and tricks while standing still.
* Prestige 100 Reward: His LED ring on the temple glows with an aggressive, glowing Red color, showing his absolute Defiance.
### Exclusive Dynamic Mechanic: The LED Ring (Terror Indicator)
Connor features a unique visual mechanic built directly into his character model, acting as a lore-accurate heartbeat indicator:
* Blue Light (Calm): The Killer is far away. Connor's systems are fully stable.
* Yellow Light (Caution): The Killer enters the Terror Radius. The LED starts blinking yellow, warning Connor and nearby teammates.
* Red Light (Danger): A chase begins. The LED glows bright red. It adds incredible adrenaline but makes Connor easier to spot in the dark!
### Exclusive Cosmetic Feature: Thirium (Blue Blood)
Whenever Connor or his Legendary skins are injured, they leave bright, neon blue pools of Thirium on the ground instead of regular red blood, completely changing the visual flair and tracking dynamic on dark maps.
### Legendary Outfits: Kara, Markus & RK900
To maximize this license, Kara and Markus should be Legendary skins, changing the voice lines and model. Additionally, adding the highly requested RK900 as a Legendary skin (with a permanent red/light-blue LED and colder animations) would be a massive hit for the fandom.
### New Map: CyberLife Tower (Snowy Roof)
A tense, two-level map. The upper level is a freezing, open roof during a heavy blizzard that muffles the Killer's terror radius. The lower level consists of sterile, white tech corridors and android assembly lines.

### Connor's Perks:
1. Software Instability
Staying in the Killer's Terror Radius for 15 seconds charges the perk. Your next failed skill check will not explode the generator, as your cybernetic brain instantly calculates and overrides the error. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
2. Evidence Reconstruction
Activating your ability button near a thrown pallet or a regressing generator reveals the Killer's aura for 4/5/6 seconds and shows glowing arrows on the ground indicating the direction they walked.
3. 28 Stab Wounds!
You learn from every mistake. Gain a token whenever a teammate is injured or downed (max 3). Each token grants a 5% speed bonus to healing and cleansing. If the Killer hits you while you have max tokens, their weapon-wipe animation takes 10% longer, giving you extra distance.

Detroit: Become Human has sold over 10 million copies. The fanbase is massive and loves high-quality Legendary cosmetics. Selling Connor alongside Kara, Markus, and RK900 would easily offset any licensing costs paid to Quantic Dream or Sony, bringing millions of new players into Dead by Daylight.

Im not kidding, I have had this EXACT conversation with people before. It would be really cool to see a survivor have different blood, and his bloody prestige would possibly cover him in blue blood rather than red blood. I think he and anyone else from Detroit become human would make a great addition to dbd
