Linking issue

I submitted a ticket on July 21 to resolve a linking issue between PlayStation and my steam account for dead by daylight to replace it with my PC and dead by daylight and there’s a linking issue. It says I removed the link but when I try to sign it says the link is still there. And it’s not allowing me to switch my profile to my PC versus my PlayStation and it’s been three weeks. Is this common for this type of response? Ticket number 2347962. It’s frustrating youcan’t call anyone just sit and wait.
