Important questions get ignored in the Q&A while others get the typical "stay tuned" treatment
Just a idea, instead of answering many questions in the Q&A with "stay tuned" or "we can't share anything yet" how about you answer important questions like if the Switch, Xbox One and Ps4 Versions will be playable after the recode and the graphic overhaul, don't get updated or the servers end for them entirely.
Sorry to say this but things like this are much more important to know then "Will we get more lockers on the map" and the answer being "We have talked about it but came to no answer lol"

I hate to say this, but what makes you think the answers to those questions would be any different? I suspect the answer would be something like 'that's still in development and we'll have more info as we progress.'
If they did pick that question, the answer would probably be some variation on "we can't share anything yet".
If they don't have something to share on a topic, and the question is solely about sharing things on that topic, that's when the stock answers come in. Asking those questions means inviting those answers.
To my knowledge, console will still be completely playable. Unfortunately with the graphical update Switch One PS4 and Xbox One likely will not be supported as the new generation devices will be about 7 years old after the recode/graphical update. HOWEVER that is my personal take on the matter since in my mind it wouldn't make sense to keep supporting old gen consoles as the game can barely operate on the switch.
also note that majority of the playerbase is on console so it simply wouldn't make sense to leave them behind.
