Is Ghostface a balanced killer or not?
I main Ghostface, and honestly, I just want to figure out if he's balanced, he dosen't have any teachable perks that involve in chase, his power: Night Shroud. Is not meant for chasing, most of us know what does his power do. Anyone knows if he's balanced?

I believe he's regarded on the weaker side due to having no traversal ability and essentially being an 'M1' killer.
He's usually considered one of the weakest killers in the game, consistently in the bottom 5 or so. At low MMR / against low experience survivors, he's pretty good because they are a lot less aware so you are much more likely to catch them off guard and get free downs.
However, better survivors are more aware, so Ghostface's greatest strength (surprise attacks) are not nearly as effective, making it so that he has to take a lot more proper chases, which he is weak in because he has no tools to help him outplay pallets and windows, and essentially has to play as if he has no power, even if the survivor is technically exposed. In addition, experienced survivors (especially in SWFs) will often break you out of power more (often when you are stalking someone else entirely or even when you are in chase) and take hits for exposed survivors, prolonging chases even more. On top of that, he has no map traversal or map pressure abilities (such as side objectives like Pig traps).
Realistically, as a killer main EVERY killer is viable in every MMR. Just depending on how hard your games are you might have to try a lot harder than someone else who is pubstomping as Blight or Nurse.
As long as you stay dedicated to getting better Ghost Face can be really good, I would recommend watching stalkked as he provides some pretty great Ghost Face gameplay. I would recommend joining a discord and asking for 1v1s if you need to improve your chase as that's what helped me improve the most.
