Should Kenny be in dbd

So I thought of a new killer for dbd, Kenny from tale tale games the walking dead with abilities that I think work decently well

Base:he has a peed of 3 meters a second and for his wepon it will be a simple fire axe

Passive 1: boat mania, Kenny will have to run around the map and find 5 boats that spawn in every 10 seconds so 50 in total at least and if he gets all the boats he gets a 9x speed boost

Active ability: flashback, Kenny can send the game back 5 seconds removing progress, timer, and players position it's simple with a cool down of 10 seconds

Level 100 ability: katjaa/gatcha it's an activation ability with a 10 second cool down every activation makes his movement speed go up by 1 and if he has boat mania activated it goes up by 9

Ok so after seeing his abilities what do we say do we want Kenny to be a killer for dbd

    absolutely not.

    not a single person would enjoy playing against a lag switch killer.

    and no killer wants to move at 3ms for 80% of the game and then move so fast you cant tell whats going on.

    is this a joke suggestion?
