So the exclusive 10th anniversary collector's edition badge and banner aren't animated?
One of the content creators said that they aren't animated, they are in fact static images. How can this be? The banner especially should be animated. If this is true, this is extremely disappointing for a limited edition 10th anniversary collector's edition exclusive cosmetic to be basic and static. I hope the devs will consider making both items Ascended.
