Behavior how come I haven't recevied any emails since I've made my account?
I've had my account set to opt in for a over a year and yesterday opted out and then back in to see if that would fix it but nothings changed. I still haven't received a single email.

I have the same problem. MFA mails take only seconds to arrive.
