anyone else been getting nonsensical matchmaking?

by no means am i a good player, even less so at trickster, but my last few matches across many killers has been very odd. these guys were all down in 3 minutes, all bar 1 didnt have a fully unlocked build but last update i was getting matches which were wayyy more balanced then this. i main legion and prior to this update MMR gave me players with 1000+ hours but now i am lucky if i get one against a collective hour count of 24, not even the old rank system was this inconsistant

has anyone elses matchmaking seemingly be turned onto seal clubbing mode this update???
