Jeff the Killer concept
Jeff the Killer with just a knife, hoodie, and pants all covered in some blood. Speed is 4.4, terror radius 36 meters. I did 2 abilities: first one where he has to lock onto a survivor and then stab him with (by holding M1) 7 times before downing him. He can chain this after a down, where the knife starts burning in fire and if he activates this again before the fire goes down (3 sec.) he instantly downs someone. Hes also much faster in this power but a pallet stun intsantly ends it. Power 2 is where he instantly blinks 3 meters forward, even through objects, however not up and not down. After that he can lunge or just swing. If he doesnt so that within 1 sec. Of the end of the blink, he enters a short fatigue (if he hits a survivor too). There are couple normal addons but the two iridescent ones are the best: Dad‘s ring- Jeff is now immune to stuns in his power (it‘s called knife of emptiness), and can rapidly vault windows or take a bit of time to go over a pallet. Mother‘s ring- Jeff now has 2 blinks, but the fatigue after them is significantly longer. Hope you all like it :)
