Why?
Highwayman skin is like 3% larger than other David skins. He's a huge hitbox.
I only noticed cuz he's like 2 inches taller and his nose is gargatuan.

The hitbox wouldn’t have changed. It should be the same pill-shaped box for all survivors.
He might be slightly easier to spot behind cover, though.
