Nothing important thought it was just a funny interaction
So i just had an interesting conversation with a survivor in endgame.
I was playing Vecna (The First) and i got Badham preschool map. The entire game was 3 surviors trying to pull boil over, flipflop plays with flashlights and sabo. So the game was going well for me. I run lightborn so LOL no flashlights for me and i got a really good hook spread meaning sabo didn't really do much.
This certain survivor. Lets call him A was running Flipflop, Boil Over, Tenacity and No Mither. All they did all game was sit in the basement of the pre school trying to bait me to try and get a hook thinking they are unhookable.
OK sure ill take the bait. I kick out all breakable walls, scout the hook locations so lets go.
First hook i catch them outside as they went for a sabo. Boil over is kicking my butt throwing me into the trees but i manage to get the hook. woop woop
Game progresses i get a couple more hooks then here comes A again. This time he is in basement of the school. I've already pre-broke the walls upstairs, i down him, pick him up and try for the hook. I slam into the wall, i slam into the stairs but i just barely get to the hook.
Game goes on a bit more and A is causing more mischief. This time outside again. Down they go again but this time they have backup. Not only is boil over kicking me a survivor is trying to body block. Well done he escapes. The body block pays with their life so its not all bad.
Finally i find A back in preschool basement. they go down so time to try again. Yet again i am able to get outside and despite boil over making me take the long way around because its doing boil over things i get the hook, Give him the nods and off i go to finish the game.
Now the game ends. I throw out a GG as i kinda respect the attempt at what they are trying to do and A hits me with "Such obvious cheats"
Cheats you may ask. What cheats could he be refering to?
So i question him and he responds "I have boil over and you were able to walk in a straight line. such obvious cheats get reported"
Now lets break this down. Firstly its salt because they couldn't make boil over work. Sure i get it they are annoyed but they are actually suggesting i have gone out of my way to buy a cheat that specificly counters Boil Over sway? Im also not on anon mode meaning not only is he saying i paid for the cheat to counter boil over but im that dumb that ive not gone anon mode to use it?
All in all a laughable situation. tried to add them on steam to discuss it as i record all my games and would happily have shown him the footage (keeping that vid just incase he did report and i need it) but he full blocked me on steam.
All in all a very funny interaction and i hope someone gets a laugh out of this.
