Feedback on 9.5.0
I just wanted to give some feedback regarding the new update. So ill go down the line:
Trickster: I dont understand the point of this change in general. The killer isnt more accessible and is literally weaker. Trickster was already one of the least played killers in the game and i cant imagine it changing besides people playing for Mina (me included). The rank system is just flashy letters on the screen that barely impact the game until you read A or S rank. I dont think i even have to mention how awful 4.4 feels in especially in this hold W/prerun meta. Good luck if you ever get an indoor map. It also feels like you have to reload so much more often compared to someone like huntress. The addons are 90% just bad. He has like 3 addons that are ever going to be really useful otherwise they are just not impactful. The killer is still miserable to go against. So yeah to me this trickster update was a failure and a waste of resources. Barely anyone besides the 10 trickster mains played this killer and now even less people are going to get into the killer since its just weaker and feels even worse to play. Really failing to see the point of any of this.
Wesker: Taken out the back and just shot for 0 reason. One of the most loved killers to play as and vs. So many cool and skill expressive techs you could do that rewarded time investment. Now its just all taken away and dumbed down. Not to mention he is insanely buggy. I dont get what the point of this was. Out of all the things we couldve fixed/changed we really randomly decided to just kill wesker when blight is untouched for the longest time. Truly a shame since he was my next p100 killer i wanted to complete but not anymore. Not touching the killer until its all reverted or something. Good job BHVR.
Survivor perks: Id say most of them are fine outside of Fast Track(Rework). It is insane to me that getting basically a free brand-new-part every time the killer literally does his job. Even just 1 survivor having this perk is completely game changing and they cant even lose the stacks or anyhting and now imagine all 4 survivors had this. The killer has no idea that he is ruining his own objectives by hooking people. An absolutely overpowered perk and unbelievable that it wasnt changed from the PTB. Dont be surprised if people get slugged more often.
Mina: Love her. 10/10 skin and should be the new minimum quality for visceral skins. Love her looks, mori, visuals, character and vibe. This skin alone will boost tricksters play rate. Wish we got more things like this for other killers.
