Killer name ( The Obsessed) full Chapter idea

Power name Fates Intertwined

The killer ability grants the power to grab any survivor and stab them with a syringe that causes the status effects : Broken, mangled, hindered : Upon the action the killer goes on cooldown for and is slowed down for 1.2 seconds before going back to 4.1 speed. In order for survivors to remove the status effects they must remove the needle and grab a special item : Bottle of pills : to cure the status ailments the bottles will spawn in random locations on the map after the first survivor is injected.

Perks ideas

(Perk 1)

Eternal Embrace

This perk enables the killer to disable the survivors from unhooking their teammate for a set amount of time (base is 5 seconds. Level 2 is 7 seconds and max is 10 seconds)

(Perk 2 )

Hex Never Forget

This perk activates on the first survivor hit that leaves a mark on survivors that slowly stacks hindered status effect each time the survivor is hit up to 5 stacks (10 percent hindered)

(Perk 3)

Forget me not

If the obsession gets hooked the the killer gains a token and if you get 3 tokens stacked you gain a permanent 15 percent boost to all break acton speeds and a 10 percent damage boost to all generators
