Game Crash every time.. need help

Hello, I need your Help.

I have this issue and I dont get it fixed. I searched alot and now you are my only possible chance to get this done.

Its Something with the GPU, but what exactly I dont get.

I would be so happy If anyone know, how to fix it.

I tried to Reinstall my graphic Driver, 2 Times. At First a newer Version and 2. Time an older one. Still the Same issue.
