Will the 2v8 tome from past events be available again?

I missed the Resident Evil 2v8 event from 9 months ago, and I'm assuming it won't return if future events are theme based.
Is there any chance the Resident Evil rewards might come back at some point?

Event tomes don't come back they are limited time tomes that have to be finished during the event window they were active. They will most likely some point add the cosmetics to the store but when/if only they know.
