Dredge skin issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The "Fungi Wreath" body skin in the "Mycelium Nightmare" outfit for The Dredge remains stuck in it's base form when any Deep Rift version of the outfit is selected. I saw another person report this issue, but saw they did not attach a video of any kind to showcase the issue in play.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: From the main menu, enter "Play" then "Killer". Select "The Dredge" killer and enter the "Customizations" tab. Select any Deep Rift version of the "Mycelium Nightmare" outfit. The head will remain the same across all outfit variations.
