How do returning cosmetics from the rift work?

Supernaut

Hi there,

I've always been able to complete every rift.

However, by my calculation, I'm going to be away for the last weeks of the current rift, so will miss the last banner.

I've seen that some of these rift items come back, have any of the banners/badges come back yet, or am I likely to miss out on this?

Thanks!
