Crow was incapable of being startled on Eyrie of Crows tile MD172 via:

• being run over by me (no Calm Spirit)
• being run over by other survivors
• bring tentacle whipped by a Nemesis
• having a medkit placed on its head

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Ran to tile MD172 for the first time.
2. Trampled the crow.
3. Crow did not move.
