Nurse's power is critically broken

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: She can't fly out of the basement in every map, only if you stand in the very center, but you won't be able to fly as far as possible from the basement because of this.
When you land after blink, the game teleports you 0,5 meter back or to the side or spawns you in a random place. Literally, you can blink right into a surv right next to their model, but at the last second, just as you've swang, the server spawns you 5 meters away. It's incredibly annoying. When are the devs planning to fix this? She's completely unplayable for more than a year now
