SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I spend BP on Michonne a few things happen/don't happen

  1. The bloodweb page is already about half purchased/taken by entity
  2. I spend BP on the rest of the web but I do not receive any of the items I bought
  3. Michonne's level does not advance no matter how many times I buy
  4. Once I buy up the remainder of the web, the next page is always exactly the same with the exact same items.
