SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Tenacity no longer works with the new recover mechanic

PLATFORM: Xbox one

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I equipped the perk Tenacity, was downed by the killer close to a pallet, started to recover but when I started crawling to the pallet I stopped recovering.
