Date for the next PTB?

I know we're not getting any new content, but I believe the next PTB (the 1st of 3 that we're still supposed to get in this year) with the latest bug fixes, QoL changes and gameplay changes should be around the corner, right? RIGHT?!

    my guess is the ptb will be on November 4th right after the haunted by daylight event ends. Last year they did this exact thing where they dropped the ptb for the hound master out of nowhere right after the Halloween event ended.

    Sadly this would mean we will only have one major update to shake things up until next year. ;(
