Charm Code from Newsletter "Not Valid"

Hello,

I got the DBD newsletter containing the information for Haunted by Daylight and the newsletter exclusive charm. I copied and pasted the code into the DBD store "redeem" tab and it's telling me the code is not valid, and to try again. Is there a way to fix this at all?

    I had the same thing happen but it still showed up in my charms. It's called Bat N' Jack if that helps.

    I still never got the newsletter for that new pumpkin charm lmao, honestly they should just make the charm redeemable for everyone in the store, call it "TRICKSNTREATS2025" or somethin'
