Add match replay
I had a match where there were 3 people left, and someone got unhooked on the other side of the map, i downed someone at same time they got unhooked almost, and it they had no self unhook perks, there is no way in hell that the person who just got unhooked got to me in time to flashlight save.
So i dont know if they are using speed hacks that i don't see or what.
but i am tired of wondering what happened in a match.
Rainbow six siege has match replay, why doesnt dbd, they earn millions too.

there are multiple programs that record matches or do replays. nvidia for example. i have mine set to record the previous 5min. (whole matches takes up way too much space lol)

For the question: i heard its hard to add it in retrorespect. So they cant do it, bc they didnt planned it in the beginning.
For the situation: did you hear a falling survivor? It happens when they teleport. Or you could check if its an epic-account or has typical cheaterperks like Hyperfocus. But you can never be sure. But if there was really nothing for self-unhooks (even no luck-offering), its impossible to self-unhook. So it must be a cheater.
My advice: just report them. If its a false report, nothing will happen. I get often accused as cheater and reported.
