Chance of being the obsession perks are not working
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I use Object of Obsession which raises the chance of being the obsession, with any perk that lowers the chance of being the obsession, it just makes me the obsession regardless EVERY SINGLE TIME. I tried sticking with it for 10 GAMES IN A ROW AND EVERY TIME it makes me the obession.
