Monochrome wash out on basement steps.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

This particular instance was on Lery's but I've seen it on other maps as well. A party member saw it on another map but I couldn't see it in that match. That player was on a Steamdeck, so it's a cross-platform issue.
